Demonstration only. PBS Care is a live demonstration on fabricated data — every child, family and practitioner in it is invented. It is reached by a sign-in and access is arranged on request — ask us for a look. Where each of our products stands is stated plainly.
A practice that works with children holds records about them that different people may and may not read. PBS Care is built around that: an administrator sees the practice, a practitioner sees their own caseload, a parent sees only what has been shared with them, and a safeguarding officer sees the notes that carry a safeguarding flag.
The children the practice works with, the practitioners with their specialisms and credential status, and a diary of appointments with each one's status. Every role opens on today's appointments.
Each note is admin only, practitioner only or parent-visible. A parent reads only parent-visible notes that are signed off, and can ask to see a draft — the practice decides note by note, and every change is on the audit trail.
Written by the practitioner attached to the child and moved from draft to review to approved. An approved report is locked; correcting it means sending it back with a reason. An approved report downloads as a PDF laid out for a school SENCO.
A child's plan and its goals, shared with the parent or kept internal. Consent is append-only — a new record, a withdrawal or a decline, never an edit. Safeguarding cases and their actions sit with the safeguarding officer.
A parent sees their own child's appointments, the notes shared with them, and the practice's invoices — and can pay an invoice by card on Stripe's own page (test mode in the demonstration).
Initial, needs and review assessments written by the child's practitioner, signed off and then locked, with their goals carried into the care plan. Body maps record marks on a front and back outline; a mark ticked as a concern opens a safeguarding case. Body maps are never shared with a family.
Medicines, herbal products and supplements for each child, and what happened at every dose: given, refused, missed or not required, with who recorded it. A saved entry is never edited — a correction is a new entry with its reason. A record only: it works out no dose and checks no interaction. A hazard log for these clinical records sits with the practice's Director.
Session packages, invoices and payments, and a list of each family with an invoice still open — how much, and how many days late.
The live sign-in opens fabricated data only. No real child's or family's data is present, and nothing here is a record of a real session.
Nothing here implies CQC or Ofsted registration, compliance or approval, and it certifies nobody — those are the practice's own, judged by the people whose job that is.
Reminders are recorded, not sent; document files are not stored yet; appointments do not sync with Google or Outlook; reports do not download as a spreadsheet; card payments are in Stripe test mode. Medication is a record, not a prescribing tool: no dose advice, no interaction or allergy checks, no dose reminders.
Tell us how your notes, reports and sharing with parents work now, and we will show you the demonstration and tell you honestly how far along it is.
