This website collects nothing
pascoesystems.co.uk is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party trackers and has no login. We do not build a profile of you, and there is no form on this site that submits data to a server we control.
The enquiry form
The form on the contact page assembles the details you type into a message and opens it in your own email application. Nothing is transmitted to this website. You remain in control of the message until you choose to send it.
If you email us
When you email us, we hold your message and contact details for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the enquiry. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss whether our software suits your organisation. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Server logs
The site is served through a content delivery network, which processes request data such as IP address and user agent in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse. That processing is operational and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
PBS Property is separate
This notice covers the public website only. If your organisation uses PBS Property, the handling of data inside the application is governed by the written agreement between us, which is settled before any live data is loaded.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To exercise any of these, email hello@pascoesystems.co.uk.
